Uh-oh. I’m getting caught up on my required training modules at work, and there’s sections in here on DEI and ESG. I worry my workplace will be reported to the thought police for wrongthink.

I’ve had to take them every year of my 25-year IT career. And, unfortunately, I’ve seen first hand why they’re required. I’ve seen managers walk people, too blinded by their prejudices, right past HR and out the door.
