I expect they have him wearing diapers but what happens in court if someone really needs to exit for the bathroom? DO their lawyers have a sidebar with the judge declaring a short recess?

This has to happen frequently in regular longer trials. So they all have to have procedures in place to handle the situation, i.e. have to take bathroom breaks.
