We have a variant of the SovCit thing here in Czech Republic. They insist that Czechoslovakia is still a thing, that they can write special letters to the courts to “reclaim their Czechoslovak identity” and believe they don’t need license plates, driver’s licenses, etc., and that any fines/penalties stemming from their crimes are “illegitimate”.

This ideology has definitely borrowed from the American Sovereign Citizen movement.
