I’ve had to take them every year of my 25-year IT career. And, unfortunately, I’ve seen first hand why they’re required. I’ve seen managers walk people, too blinded by their prejudices, right past HR and out the door.

Oh, for sure, I get why. And I don’t mind it. I was trying to be a bit lighthearted this morning.
